About Me

I’m a real estate agent by profession. I started out with this career last quarter of 2007 when a friend of mine who is a real estate broker asked me if I want to have a career as a real estate sales agent. 

 I’m not new to a selling career because I’ve been a medical representative before were I was able to get the best sales training I ever had and until now I’m still using these professional selling techniques to help me succeed as a real estate agent here in the Philippines.

 I’m writing this article not only to tell my story as a real estate agent but also to give my two cents on how to be a successful real estate agent here in the Philippines. Probably this article will be more interesting for those who are just starting as a sales agent or those agents who have been in the industry for awhile now but can’t seem to get starting.

 Brokers can also relate to this article because in the eyes of a client all of us are “ahente” whether your title is licensed broker, licensed agent, sales director, sales manager, division manager etc. 

Brokers and agents who will read this article can also relate to the stories I will tell. I’m quite sure that the experienced I had are also their experienced from one time or another.

 Here I will tell some of my good and bad experienced as a real estate agent and how I cope up with the bad experiences. I also did a lot of brainstorming and changing my marketing strategies that gave me the best results as an agent. 

Even though I’m almost 5 years in the industry come the end of 2012 I still continue to learn a lot of things and I’m willing and will never stop learning because I’m happy on what I’m doing.
